One of Baron Holidays flagship properties, the five villas, sit at the edge of a hamlet right out in rural Gozo, hidden away at the foot of one of the islands landmark hills. One can only get to them through narrow country lanes, past a small country chapel and century old farmhouses. Aesthetically constructed in beautiful local limestone, in the style of the surrounding houses, the villas blend perfectly with their rustic, serene neighbourhood. Once inside however you’re back into the 21st century. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable practical furniture, and air-conditioning throughout, makes for an easy to manage self catering holiday. Meanwhile flat screen TV’s (one in the living area and another in the master bedroom) with tens of cable and radio channels, a play station and a DVD player will while any unoccupied hours. At the back of the property a private pool with a large patio complete with sun decks and a Bbq area gives on to miles of uninterrupted undulating valleys and spectacular sunsets. The property sleeps eight in 4 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. One twin bedroom is on the ground floor which also has a separate toilet with washing facilities. Sleeping accommodation on the upper floor, which is reached via a traditional stone staircase, consist of 3 bedrooms, (two double and one twin beds) all with ensuite facilities. Elegantly furnished, in neutral colours and with understated lighting, the good sized rooms are designed to complement the peaceful and laid back ambiance of the surrounding countryside. We spoil our visitors also in winter, as besides the inbuilt fireplace, the property enjoys underfloor heating throughout both floors. This allows for a perfect romantic break even during the mild Gozo winters when, with its green terraced hills and long sunny periods, Gozo is never more beautiful. For the fitness minded the property also enjoys the additional facilities of a communal mini-gym and sauna making the property perfect for most preferences.
